市场营销专业现存问题分析与对策

Analysis of Problems in Marketing Subject and Its Countermeasures

摘要 市场营销专业毕业生就业情况不理想,而企业却难以招聘到理想的专业营销人才.高校培养的毕业生与企业对营销人才的要求不相适应,学生学习兴趣不高、综合能力不强,此外课程设置理论性过强,而教师缺乏实践经验导致专业教育空洞等是产生这一问题的主要原因.改变市场营销专业偏理论的现状,着重培养学生专业技能和实践能力;提高教师团队的实践经验,鼓励教师到企业中参加项目;鼓励企业到学校中带动师生实践,达到企业校方双赢. The employment situation of graduates majoring in marketing is not ideal,while the enterprise cannot recruit professional marketing staff. A detailed analysis of these problems reveals that graduates' ability is far from the enterprises' requirements; that the students have low interest in learning and weak comprehensive abilities; that the courses are theoretical; and that teachers' lack of practical experience makes courses even more theoretical. The problems can be solved through making theoretical course more practical and improving practical abilities of the teaching team and encouraging teachers to be entrepreneurs; and introducing enterprises to campus and making up the deficiency in the experimental laboratory.
