This article outlined CDIO education concept and the education objective of pharmaceutical engineering specialty. The reform content of training model of talents for pharmaceutical engineering specialty based on CDIO concept was introduced in detail,including educational background for pharmaceutical engineering specialty,the teaching system for theory,practice teaching and the training for engineering ability,and the reform orientation of innovative training model of synthesizing type talents for pharmaceutical engineering specialty was indicated,which provides references to training model of pharmaceutical engineering specialty.
