药学类专业生物化学与分子生物学实验教学改革的初探

Exploration on Teaching Reform of Experiment Course of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology for Pharmaceutical Specialities

实验教学是生物化学与分子生物学课程的重要组成部分。针对传统生物化学与分子生物学实验教学中存在一些不足,教学组结合自身的教学实践,对药学类专业的实验教学进行一系列的探索性改进,初步形成"理论知识-实验教学-药学知识"相融合的教学方式。实践效果表明,这种教学方式基本上可以达到激发学生积极性、培养学生创新能力的目的,但仍需要进一步探索和完善。

Experiment course is an important part for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology teaching. Based on the analysis of traditional experimental teaching,the authors explored some improvements in experiment course for pharmaceutical specialities according to our teaching practice of years. Then,a knowledgeExperimental Teaching and operation-Pharmaceutical knowledge mode was preliminarily formed. As a result,this mode showed its function in stimulating students＇ initiative and developing their innovation ability. However,more improvements will be required to construct a perfect experimental teaching mode in future.
