摘要
实习基地建设水平的高低直接影响人才培养质量。以某医药本科院校为例,从类型结构、地域分布等多个角度描述实习基地建设现状,分析存在问题及原因,提出强化实习基地建设的途径和措施。
The quality of practice bases of a university has a direct influence on the quality of talent training. This article,based on the investigation of University A,describes the type structure,regional distribution and other aspects of the construction of its practice bases,analyzes its existing problems and causes,and puts forward ways and measures to strengthen the practice bases.
