女性学教育植入药物制剂技术订单班人才培养中的研究

Study on Female Education in the Order Class for Cultivating Pharmaceutical Preparation Technique Talents

对天津医学高等专科学校药物制剂技术专业订单班女大学生价值观与整体抑郁状况进行问卷调查,发现女性学教育对女大学生树立正确价值观有促进作用,并可降低女大学生整体抑郁状况。增加女性学教育内容,形成特色教育体系,创新教学模式,并帮助师生树立女性学教育理念,对保障药物制剂技术人才培养具有重要意义。

Through the questionnaire the values of college students and depression status of order class female students majoring in Pharmaceutical technology at Tianjin Medical College are investigated. The survey shows the female education can help female college students establish correct values of college students and reduce the depression status. It is meaningful for colleges and universities to increase female education innovate the teaching modes with female education idea in order to cultivate pharmaceutical preparation technique talents.
