眼外伤合并凝血功能障碍五例分析

An analysis of five cases of ocular trauma with coagulation factor deficiencies

眼外伤合并凝血功能障碍在眼科较为罕见。如果不及时规范处理，会出现视力丧失、组织缺血坏死等并发症。2009年8月至2015年1月间郑州大学第一附属医院眼科共处理眼外伤合并凝血功能障碍5例，就其临床特点、实验室检查、治疗方法进行分析。以提醒眼科临床医生，遇到眼外伤后不断出血的患者要考虑凝血功能障碍性疾病的存在，并及时规范地进行处理，防止并发症的发生及加重。

Ocular trauma with coagulation factor deficiencies is rarely seen in ophthalmology. Complications such as visual loss, tissue ischemia and necrosis can occur if it is not treated in a timely and regular fashion. We report on five cases of ocular trauma with coagulation factor deficiencies that were encountered from August 2009 to January 2015 and an analysis of their clinical features, laboratory examinations and therapies. Ophthalmic clinical doctors encountering patients with ocular trauma who keep bleeding should realize the possibility of coagulation factor deficiencies, treat it in a timely and regular fashion, and prevent the occurrence and aggravation of complications.
