单负材料光子晶体异质结构的双通道滤波 被引量:2

摘要 通过传输矩阵方法,研究了单负材料光子晶体异质结构的双通道滤波特性.结果表明相比传统的双通道滤波结构,该结构中两个滤波通道频率可以单独调整,而不影响另一个通道.同时,两个滤波通道频率位置对入射角的变化不敏感.当考虑单负材料损耗时,损耗仅仅影响透过率的大小,而双缺陷模频率位置,即滤波通道,则不受影响.该特性对设计全方向双通道滤波器具有潜在的应用价值. By means of transfer matrix method, one-dimensional(1D) photonic crystal heterostructure containing single negative material is investigated. Compared to conventional double channel filters, each channel of the proposed filter can be tuned separately, and the frequency position of the filter is in- sensitive to incident angle of light. When the losses are considered, the losses make transmittance depressed only, and the frequency position of filter is not affected. The properties of the structure provide possible applications for designing omnidirectional double channel filters.
