摘要
发动机冷却系统包含多个子系统,很难建立准确的数学模型,且具有大时滞性,因此很难实现水温的快速准确控制。本文以前人设计的发动机热管理模块为基础,进行智能冷却系统稳态工况下的控制算法研究;搭建了智能冷却系统的GT-COOL模型及Simulink控制策略模型,建立了两模型的联合仿真平台;设计了水温的模糊控制器与改进的PID控制器,并在联合仿真平台上完成两控制器仿真试验研究,最终实现了稳态工况下水温的快速准确控制。
Engine cooling system is difficult to achieve rapid and accurate control of water temperature, becausethat contains many subsystems which is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model, also has a large time lag. In this paper, based on the former design of engine thermal management module, control strategy of intelligent cooling system under steady state condition is studied; Intelligent cooling system of GT - COOL model and Simulinkmodel of control strategy is built; Designinga fuzzy controller- and a modified PID controller, achieving the testof two controllerin thecombined simulation platform, fi- nally the rapid and accurate control of water temperature is realized.
