输尿管软硬一体镜治疗小于2cm肾结石的疗效分析

Analysis of efficacy in integrated flexible and rigid urteroscope on kidney stones less than 2 cm

目的分析使用输尿管软硬一体镜治疗小于2 cm肾结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析武汉大学人民医院2013年12月至2015年1月应用输尿管软硬一体镜治疗肾结石患者的临床资料,以同期的进口电子输尿管软镜治疗肾结石的患者作为对照组,分别比较患者的一般临床资料,两组治疗效果,住院时间,治疗周期,治疗费用。结果两组患者临床资料无明显差异,使用输尿管软硬一体镜的治疗效果与进口输尿管软镜无明显差异,治疗费用和疗程时间输尿管软硬一体镜明显低于进口输尿管软镜。结论输尿管软硬一体镜治疗小于2 cm肾结石的效果与进口输尿管软镜相当。

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated flexible and rigid ureteroscope on kidney stones less than 2 cm. Method A retrospective analysis was carried out on cases of kidney stones treated by integrated flexible and rigid ureteroscope in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University between December 2013 and January 2015. Patients who were used electronic flexible ureterscope for the treatment of kidney stones were classified in the control group. General clinical data of patients, efficacy, duration of hospital stay, cost and duration of therapy were compared. Results No significant difference of clinical data and efficacy were found between the two groups, the integrated flexible and rigid ureteroscope group had less cost and shorter duration of therapy than the electronic flexible ureterscope group. Conclusion Integrated flexible and rigid ureteroscope is equivalent to the electronic flexible ureterscope in treating kidney stones less than 2 cm.
