摘要
目的为解决腹腔镜及机器人手术中膀胱尿道吻合的关键技术难题,达到改进吻合效果、缩短手术时间、减少并发症、促进腹腔镜及机器人技术的推广应用,我们研制了用于膀胱尿道吻合的尿管式膀胱尿道吻合器。方法采用Pro/E工程绘图软件进行尿管式膀胱尿道吻合器的三维图形绘制,并用兔子进行动物实验,验证新型吻合器的可行性和使用效果。结果研制并绘制了尿管式膀胱尿道吻合器的产品原理图,成功建立了动物模型,经验证该吻合器可达到牢靠的吻合效果并缩短手术时间。结论本研究提示尿管式膀胱尿道吻合器的应用可行性,为该专利产品的制作和产业化奠定了基础。
Objective In order to solve the critical technical problem of urethral vesical anastomosis in laparoscopic and robot-assisted surgery, to achieve the popularization and application of laparoscopic and robot-assisted technique, improvement of efficacy for urethral vesical anastomosis, shortening surgical time,reducing complications, we designed a urinary catheter stapler for urethral vesical anastomosis and conducted the animal experiment for anastomosis. Methods Pro/E engineering software was used to draw3-D photos of urinary catheter stapler for urethral vesical anastomosis, and the animal experiment was carried on rabbits, which was used to validate the feasibility and efficacy of novel stapler. Results Product schematic diagram of urinary catheter stapler for urethral vesical anastomosis was designed and drawn,animal model of lower urinary tract reconstruction was established successfully, and efficacy of stable anastomosis and shortening surgical time was validated. Conclusion Our study indicates application feasibility of urinary catheter stapler for urethral vesical anastomosis and lays the ground work for manufacture and industrialization of the patented product.
