心理护理减轻首次单采血小板献血者献血反应的效果分析

Effect of psychological nursing on reducing blood donation reaction of blood donors with first single collection of platelet

目的探讨心理护理对减轻首次单采血小板献血者献血反应的效果。方法首次单采血小板献血者200例分为实验组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组增加心理护理干预。比较2组献血者相关不良心理、献血反应发生情况及护理满意度情况。结果实验组献血者恐惧心理发生情况显著轻于对照组(P<0.05);实验组献血者紧张情绪及不良心理总发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组献血者献血反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组献血者护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论心理护理降低首次单采血小板献血者献血反应的效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on reducing blood dona- tion reaction of blood donors with first single collection of platelet. Methods A total of 200 blood do- nors with first single collection of platelet were selected, and they were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given psychological nursing intervention. Adverse psychological reactions, blood donation reactions and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results Incidence of fear in the experimental group was signifi- cantly better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. In the experimental group, tension and total incidence rate of adverse mental reactions were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. In the experimental group, total incidence rate of blood donation reactions was significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the experimental group, nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The psychological nursing is effective in re- ducing the blood donation reactions of blood donors with first single collection of platelet.
