妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖管理与新生儿低血糖发生的关系

Relationship between blood glucose management in puerperas with gestational diabetes mellitus and incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖管理对新生儿低血糖发生率的影响。方法选取妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的新生儿126例，将血糖控制理想的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇设为干预组，将血糖控制不理想的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇设为对照组，分析2组孕妇娩出的新生儿24h内低血糖发生情况。结果2组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇产前一般资料比较无显著差异（P〉0．05）；干预组孕妇新生儿产后0-0．5h、05-2h、2～6h内低mL糖发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇孕期血糖控制能显著降低新生儿出生后低血糖发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of blood glucose management in puerperas with gestational diabetes mellitus on the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia. Methods A total of 126 neonates of puerperas with gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） were selected. The GDM puerperas with good blood glucose control were designed as intervention group, and the GDM puerperas with bad blood glucose control were designed as control group. Incidence of hypoglycemia within 24 h after childbirth was analyzed between two groups. Results There was no significant difference of general material between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Incidence rates of hypoglycemia at time points of 0 to 0.5 h, 0.5 to 2 h, 2 to 6 h after childbirth in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Blood glucose management in puerperas with gestational dia- betes mellitus can significantly reduce the incidence rate of neonatal hypoglycemia after childbirth.
