临床护理路径在计划性剖宫产产妇护理中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of parturients undergoing planned cesarean delivery

目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在计划性剖宫产患者护理中的应用效果。方法 120例计划性剖宫产产妇采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用CNP模式。对比2组健康教育知识掌握情况、住院时间、住院费用和产妇护理满意度。结果观察组产妇健康知识掌握评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间和住院费用均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察护理满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论在计划性剖宫产产妇护理中,应用CNP能降低产妇住院时间和住院费用,提高健康教育效果和护理满意度。

Objective To evaluated the clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of parturi- ents undergoing planned cesarean delivery. Methods A total of 120 parturients with planned cesare- an delivery were randomly divided into the observation group （n = 60 ） and the control group （n = 60）. The control group was given conventional nursing during perinatal period, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on clinical nursing pathway. The assessment on knowledge control of perinatal health, length of stay, hospital cost and nursing satisfaction rate were compared be- tween two groups. Results The score of assessment in knowledge control were higher in the observa- tion group than that of controls （P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group had short length of stay and lower hospital cost compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The nursing satisfaction rate was 96.67% in the observation group and was 83.33% in the control group, with a significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway is potentially effective in reducing the length of stay and hospital cost, and improving the awareness of perinatal health and nursing satisfaction in parturi- ents undergoing planned cesarean delivery.
