糖尿病护理管理中全程健康教育模式的应用

Application of full range health education mode in nursing management of diabetes mellitus

目的探讨糖尿病护理管理中全程健康教育模式的应用效果。方法 90例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采用传统护理管理模式,观察组采用全程健康教育模式。比较2组护理效果、健康知识掌握优良率、自我约束优良率、满意度。结果观察组护理优良率、健康知识掌握优良率、自我约束优良率、满意度方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病护理管理中,应用全程健康教育模式能有效改善患者的自我约束力,提高患者的认可度。

Objective To explore the effect of full range health education mode on the nurs- ing management of diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 90 patients with diabetes were randomly di- vided into observation group （n = 45 ） and control group （n = 45 ）. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional nursing management mode, while the patients in the observation group were treated with full range health education mode. Nursing effect, mastery rate of health knowledge, excel- lent rate of self control and satisfactory degree were compared between two groups. Results The ex- cellent rate of nursing, mastery rate of health knowledge, excellent rate of self control and satisfactory degree in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion In the nursing management of diabetes mellitus, full range health education mode can ef- fectively improve the self control ability of patients and increase the degree of recognition.
