摘要
为寻找更有效治疗心血管系统的的药物,根据药物拼合原理合成白藜芦醇与硝酸酯类NO供体的拼合药物。以白藜芦醇为原料,分别与相应的二溴烷烃醚化合成得到白藜芦醇溴代烷基醚中间体,再将其与硝酸银反应得到目标化合物白藜芦醇硝氧烷基醚衍生物。所有目标化合物的结构均经IR、MS、1H-NMR确证。
To search for effective antiatherogenic agent,NO- donating niacin nitrate derivatives are synthetized.Resveratrol alkyl ester bromination is obtained by the reaction of resveratrol and dibromine alkyl under alkaline condition. Then the target compound of nicin nitroxidealkylester is synthesized by resveratrol alkyl ester bromination with silver nitrate. Some NO- donating niacin nitrate derivatives are synthesized,and the structure of the target compounds are characterized by IR,MS and 1H- NMR.
