摘要
本研究对10种紫花苜蓿种子的发芽率、发芽势、根长、芽长、鲜重、根长/芽长等6个发芽指标进行了测定与评价。结果表明:10种紫花苜蓿种子间发芽率和苗期特性差异显著,其中中苜1号发芽率最高,为97.33%;在发芽势方面,中苜1号最高;在根长、芽长方面,甘农3号最高;在根长/芽长方面,皇后苜蓿最高;在鲜重方面,甘农3号最高。苜蓿主要发芽性状间的相关性分析表明,发芽率与发芽势、鲜重之间、鲜重与根长、芽长之间、以及根长与芽长之间的相关性达到了极显著水平,根长与发芽势、发芽率之间,发芽势与鲜重,根长/芽长与芽长呈现出显著相关。此外,其余性状间均未达到统计学显著水平。综上所述,在整体萌发特性上表现最突出的是中苜1号,值得在榆林地区推广。
This experiment selects 10 kinds of alfalfa seeds as the experiment material to determine and evaluate the germination indexes including seed germination rate,root length,bud length and root / bud length. The results show that the germination rate and seedling characteristics of different alfalfa varieties varies significantly. The germinati on rate of the variety of Zhongmu NO. 1 is the highest,97. 33%; in terms of germination potential,the variety of Zhongmu NO. 1 is the highest; in terms of root length and bud length,the variety of Gannong No. 3 is the highest;in terms of the root / bud length; the variety of Huanghou Alfalfa is the highest; and in terms of fresh weight,the variety of Gannong No. 3 is the highest. The correlation analysis of different germination traits show that there is a significant correlation among germination rate,germination potential and fresh weight,fresh weight,root length and bud length,root length and bud length. Root length significantly correlates with germination rate and germination potential. Germination potential significantly correlates withfresh weight,and root / bud length significantly correlates with bud length. No significant correlation is observed in the other traits. Above all,Zhongmu No. 1 is the best on the whole germination characteristics and worth promoting in Yulin area.
