Research on the Mechanism of Network Education Resource Sharing in Colleges and Universities

网络教育资源共享是高校信息化建设的主要内容,是信息化服务高校教学的重要基础。本文通过对当前高校教育资源网络共享建设中存在的问题进行分析,以完善高校网络资源管理组织的建设,制定网络教育资源建设和使用规范以及标准,制定相关的保障和激励措施等方面研究网络教育资源共享机制。

Network education resource sharing is the main content of informatization construction in colleges and universities and the important foundation of the information service to university teaching. By analyzing the current problems existing in the construction of network resources sharing in universities and colleges,the paper improves the construction of network resource management in colleges,regulates the specification and standard for the development and use of network education resources and formulates related security and incentive measures and other aspects of network education resource sharing mechanism.
