摘要
分析高校新生在进入大学校园后的适应期,新生适应期主要会出现适应期缩短、适应问题多元化以及心理健康问题多发的三个特点。针对以上特点提出相应的对策,即首先增强辅导员教师适应期引导的时效性,其次培养专业化的辅导员队伍以增强辅导员在工作中的专业性,最后是建立有效的程序框架来保证新生适应期引导教育的合理性。通过这些举措有效的减少新生适应期导向不良的状况,并为其他同类问题的解决提供参考。
There are three main characteristics of freshmen's adaptation period,i. e. shorter adaptation period,diversified adaptation problemts and prone to mental health problems. In view of those characteristics,countermeasures are put forward. Firstly,timeliness of instructors' guidance on adaptation period should be enhanced. Secondly,professional instructors should be cultivated. Finaly,an effective framework should be established to ensure the rationality about education and guidance in adaptation period. Through those moves,it can visibly reduce the bad guidance at adaptation period and provide reference for the same problem.
