关于广播电视村村通户户通管理与维护的几点思考

The Study of Management and Maintenance of Rural Radio and Television Coverage by the Extension to the Family

农村广播电视村村通户户通工程建设和运行,还存在着诸如工程管理粗放、工程管理技术力量薄弱、工程维护保障机制缺乏和经费投入不够等方面问题。解决农村广播电视村村通户户通管理与维护应从三方面着手:一是加强管理,加快推进村村通向户户通升级;二是加强村村通户户通工程人才队伍建设,营造人才发展良好环境;三是加强村村通户户通工程运行维护保障机制,不断加大经费投入。

This paper analyzes the problems of rural radio and television coverage by the extension to the family in recent years from the practical perspective,including extensive management,weak technology,the lack of maintenance system and funds. It puts forward three aspects of strategies and suggestions to solve the problems above. The first one is to strengthen the management,upgrading the projects; the second one is to strengthen the work troops,creating better environment for talents; and the third one is to strengthen the maintenance system,increasing inputs.
