摘要
调查显示,目前中职公共课骨干教师主要参加省市教育部门和学校组织的综合培训,培训提高了教师的综合素质并促进了教师的专业发展,但在内容、形式和机会提供等方面有待进一步改进。为此,培训应明晰职教师资培训的特殊性和促进专业发展的价值取向,完善培训内容选择和过程设计,丰富培训形式和共建共享培训课程资源,调动教师参与积极性并形成能力评价标准。
A recent survey reveals that most backbone teachers studied public courses in secondary vocational education attend various training held by different local education departments in province, city and school. Although the training has improved teachers' comprehensive quality and promoted their professional development, it still needs further improvement in training contents, methods and more opportunities provided for different teachers. It also reveals from the survey that in order to meet the teachers' intense requirements, the following strategies need to he adopted in the future training: renewing educational and pedagogical theory, improving teachers' practical teaching ability, enriching more case studies and updating information in training contents, employing trainers with first-hand experience of teaching, focusing more on teachers' professional development in training evaluation and providing more opportunities.
