摘要 猪瘟(classical swine fever,CSF)是高度传染性动物疫病,给全世界养猪业造成巨大的经济损失。清除和控制猪瘟的发生,需从多个方面提高猪瘟防控水平,才能达到猪瘟综合防控的目的。近年来,猪瘟防控相关方面的研究主要集中在以下几个点:开发有效的新型猪瘟疫苗、构建快速高效的猪瘟诊断方法、应用计算机模拟技术研究猪瘟防控策略及建立可靠的猪瘟疫情监测体系。文章详细介绍了国内外有关猪瘟防控方面的研究进展。 Classical swine fever (CSF) is a highly contagious animal disease, causing huge economic losses to the pig industry worldwide. Eliminating and controlling the occurrence of CSF, needs to improve the levels of prevention and control for CSF in many ways so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensive prevention and control of CSF. In recent years, the prevention and control research for CSF mainly focuses on the following aspects : the development of effective novel CSF vaccine, the construction of fast and efficient diagnosis methods for CSF, the study of prevention and control strategies for CSF using computer simulation technology, and the establishment of a reliable surveillance system for epidemic situation of CSF. This paper introduces in detail the research progress about the prevention and control for CSF at home and abroad.
