发酵豆粕对反刍动物的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 面对动物蛋白源日益短缺的困境,豆粕因含有大量蛋白质可作为有效替代物。但由于豆粕含有胰蛋白酶抑制因子等抗营养因子,无法在动物饲料中大量使用,采用现代工艺制作的发酵豆粕能有效解决这个问题。豆粕经过发酵后,大分子蛋白质和抗营养因子减少,小肽、氨基酸及维生素含量增加,可使牛羊减少断奶应激,提高日增重,增加采食量。文章就发酵豆粕在反刍动物生产上的应用进行了论述。 In the face of increasingly shortage of animal protein sources, soybean meal can be used as an effective substitute due to containing large amounts of proteins. However, soybean meal cannot be widely used in animal feed because it contains the anti - nutritional factors such as trypsin inhibitory factor. Using modem technology of fermented soybean meal can effectively solve the problem. Macromolecular protein and antinutritional factors can be decreased after fermentation of soybean meal, while the contents of small peptides, amino acids and vitamins can be increased, which reduces the weaning stress in cattle and sheep, thereby improving daily gain and feed intake. This paper discusses the application of fermented soybean meal in ruminant production.
