摘要
为了对狼尾草属菌草遗传多样性进行鉴定,试验采用ISSR标记方法,测定了18份狼尾草的遗传多样性。结果表明:17条引物共获得256条清晰可辨的总条带,多态性条带数为232条,平均每对引物扩增出13.65条带,多态性位点百分率为90.6%;品种(系)间的遗传相似系数(GS)范围为0.543-0.875,变幅为0.332,说明供试材料具有极其丰富的遗传多样性;在GS=0.655时18份供试材料聚为三类,主坐标分析与UPGMA聚类分析在GS=0.655时类似。
To identify the genetic diversity of Pennisetum Juncao, an ISSR marker method was used to determine the genetic diversity between 18 Pennisetum individuals. The results showed that 256 clear and distinguishable bands were obtained from seventeen primers, thereinto, 232 bands belonged to polymorphic bands, and 13.65 bands were amplified by each pair of primers on average. The percentage of polymorphic locus was 90.6%, and the genetic similarity coefficient changed from 0. 543 to 0. 875, and the range of variation was 0. 332, indicate that the test materials have extremely rich genetic diversity. All test materials could be clustered into three categories when GS was 0. 655, and the prineipal coordinate analysis was similar to UPGMA cluster analysis when GS was 0. 655.
