辣椒、花椒和胡椒联合用药对小鼠离体小肠运动影响的研究

Effect of co-adminstration of chili,wild pepper and black pepper on motility of the isolated small intestine from mice

为了探究辣椒、花椒和胡椒(以下简称三椒)联合用药对消化道运动机能的影响,试验用生物信号处理系统测定了三椒醇提液单独用药或联合用药对小鼠离体小肠运动的影响。结果表明:三椒均剂量依赖性抑制小肠收缩频率和幅度;辣椒+花椒联合用药较辣椒或花椒单独用药显著减弱了对小肠收缩幅度的抑制作用(P<0.05);花椒+胡椒联合用药较花椒单独用药显著减弱了对小肠收缩幅度的影响(P<0.05);三椒联合用药较胡椒单独用药显著增强了对小肠收缩张力的抑制作用(P<0.05)。说明三椒联合食用可颉颃单独食用三椒对消化道运动的抑制作用。

To explore the effect of co - administration of chili, wild pepper and black pepper on the motility function of digestive tract, a biologi- cal signal processing system was used to determine the effects of administration alone or eo - administration of alcohol extract of three kinds of peppers on motility of the isolated small intestine from mice. The results showed that contraction frequency and amplitude of the small intestine were dose dependently inhibited by alcohol extract of three kinds of peppers, and the eo - administration of chili and wild pepper significantly reduced （ P 〈 O. 05 ） the inhibitory effect on contraction amplitude of the small intestine compared to administration alone of chili or wild pepper; the co - administration of wild pepper and black pepper significantly reduced （ P 〈 0. 05 ） the inhibitory effect on contraction amplitude of the small intestine compared to administration alone of wild pepper; the co - administration of three kinds of peppers significantly enhanced （ P 〈 0.05 ） the inhibitory effect on the contraction tension of the small intestine compared to administration alone of black pepper. The results indicate that co - administration of the three kinds of peppers can attenuate the inhibition effect of their administration alone on the motility digestive tract in mice.
