摘要
为了研究斑嘴野鸭种质特性,试验利用Excel2007软件建立数据库,并用SPSS18.0软件进行统计分析。结果表明:斑嘴公鸭平均体重比斑嘴母鸭高,13-17周龄公母斑嘴野鸭体重差异极显著(P〈0.01),而9-12周龄公母斑嘴野鸭体重差异显著(P〈0.05),其他周龄公母斑嘴野鸭体重差异不显著(P〉0.05)。腹脂重与腿肌重之间呈负相关,且差异不显著(P〉0.05);胸肌重与屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重和腿肌重呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01);腿肌重与屠体重和半净膛重呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01);翅膀重与屠体重、半净膛重和全净膛重以及腿肌重和全净膛重、翅膀重,翅膀重与胸肌重均显著相关(P〈0.05),其中屠体重与半净膛重相关系数最高,达到0.999。胸深与体斜长呈显著负相关(P〈0.05);体斜长与半潜水长、颈长与半潜水长相互之间均达到极显著水平(P〈0.01);体斜长与颈长、体斜长与骨盆宽、胫围与胸宽、胫围与骨盆宽相互之间达到显著水平(P〈0.05);其他体尺之间关系差异不显著(P〉0.05)。
To study germplasm characteristics of spot -billed duck (Anas poecilorhyncha), EXCEL 2007 software was adopted to establish the database in the test, and SPSS 18.0 software was also used for Statistical analysis. The results showed that the average weight of male spot - billed ducks was higher than that of female spot - billed ducks, while the difference in the body weight of male and female spot - billed ducks at 13 - 17 and 9 - 12 weeks of age were extremely significantly different( P 〈 O. 01 ) and significantly different( P 〈 0.05 ), respectively. There were no significant differences ( P 〉 0. 05 )in the body weight of male and female spot - billed ducks at the remaining weeks of age. There was a negative correlation between the abdominal fat weight and leg muscle weight in ducks, and the difference was not significant (P 〉0.05) ; there were extremely significant positive correlations(P 〈0.01 )between the breast muscle weight and dressed weight, semi -eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight and leg muscle weight in ducks; there were extremely significant positive correlations (P 〈 0.01 )between the leg muscle weight and eviscerated weight and semieviscerated weight in ducks; there were significant p6sitive correlations (P 〈 0.05 )between the wing weight and dressed weight, semi -eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight, as well as the leg muscle weight with eviscerated weight and wing weight, and the wing weight with breast muscle weight, thereinto, the correlation coefficient between dressed weight and semi -eviscerated weight was highest, and reached 0. 999. There were a significant negative correlation ( P 〈 0.05 ) between the breast depth and body slope length; the body slope length with half- diving depth and neck length and half- diving depth reached extreme significant levels (P 〈 0.01 ) the body slope length with neck length, body slope length with pelvic width, shank circumference and breast width, and shank circumference with pelvic width reached significant levels( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the relations between the other indexes of body measurements were not significant( P 〉 0.05).
