摘要
为了测定兽药安乃近含量,试验采用库仑滴定法,通过试验找出该方法的最佳测试条件,并与2010版《兽药典》规定的方法进行比较。结果表明：2种方法测定结果无显著性差异,库仑滴定法测定的精密度高,样品加标回收率为99%-101%,结果准确可靠。
To determine the content of analgin for veterinary use, coulometric titrimetry was used in the test. The best testing condition for the titrimetry were found by the test, which were compared with the regulation method provided by the Chinese veterinary pharmacopoeia published in 2010. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the determination results between the two methods. The coulometric titrimetry had a high precision,and the addition recovery rates of the samples were from 99% to 101%, indicating that the determination results are accurate and reliable.
