摘要
以活性炭、海绵、海绵+活性炭分别作为一体化厌氧氨氧化反应器的填料,研究不同载体对反应器启动的影响,以筛选出适合反应器快速启动及稳定运行的载体。结果表明,在进行污泥回流的情况下,以活性炭为载体时对废水的脱氮效果较好,NH_3-N去除率约为95%,TN去除率均在90%以上,出现比较明显的污泥分层现象;以海绵为载体时,NH_3-N去除率维持在90%左右,TN去除率则降至75%;以活性炭+海绵为载体时,能有效地解决污泥分层问题,系统运行稳定,NH_3-N去除率达到96.6%,TN去除率约为90%。因此,活性炭+海绵可作为一体化厌氧氨氧化反应器的最佳载体。
To select the suitable carrier for one-stage anammox reactor, activated carbon, sponge and sponge-activated carbon were investigated in this study during start-up period. The results showed that with the cartier of activated Carbon the nitrogen removal perfoi-mance of NH3-N and TN achieved at 95% and 90%, respectively, though, notable sludge layer appeared in the reactor. The removal rate of NH3-N and TN were only about 90% and 75%, respectively, with the carrier of sponge in the case of sludge recirculation. While with activated carbon-sponge as biocarrier, anammox reactor could run steadily without any sludge layer. High removal rate of NH3-N and TN up to 96.6% and 90% were achieved, respectively. It is dedicated that the carrier of sponge-activated carbon could be the suitable carrier of one-stage anammox reactor in this study.
