摘要
介绍了以玉米芯为主要生产原料的某食品加工公司废水处理工程的改扩建工程设计。采用高含量与低含量食品化工废水先分开治理再集中治理的方法,其中,高含量废水采用上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)+A/O+物化工艺处理,低含量废水采用水解酸化+A/O+物化工艺处理。实际运行结果表明,总排放口出水水质稳定,p H在7.18~7.84,COD为84.0~97.6 mg/L(平均90.2 mg/L),BOD5为16.7~19.7 mg/L(平均18.2 mg/L),SS的质量浓度为49~69mg/L(平均62 mg/L),均达到GB 8978-1996的一级标准的要求。
The reconstruction and expansion design of food processing wastewater treatment engineering which was using corn cob as raw material was introduced. Adopted the method that food chemical wasmwater with high content and low content to separate management and then centralized management. High content wastewater use UASB+A/O+physicochemical process and low content wastewater use hydrolytic acidification +A/O+physicochemical process. Results showed that effluent quality was stable; Within the pH range of 7.18-8.14, the COD, BOD5 and mass concentration of SS in effluent are 84.0-97.6 mg/L (average of 90.2 mg/L), 16.7-19.7 mg/L (average of 18.2 mg/L) and 49-69 mg/L (average of 62 mg/L), respectively. The effluent quality met the first class criteria specified in the GB 8978-1996.
