责任过度及其对负责任创新的启示

Responsibility Excess and Its Enlightenment for Responsible Innovation

责任过度是指责任主体的行为大幅超出了责任对象的需要或责任标准的要求,导致有损责任对象发展、责任结果与责任动机背道而驰的现象,其表现主要有主体性霸权和溺爱式关怀两种。责任过度对负责任创新的启示至少有二:首先要防止欧洲中心主义,因地创新;其次须破除创新迷恋,适度创新。

Responsibility excess,or over responsible means that what the responsibility subject does exceed the need of responsibility object or the responsibility criteria significantly,so brings about bad impacts on the development of the object and make the result and the intention run in opposite directions.And it can be roughly divided into two forms： Subjectival Hegemony and Doting Care. There are at least two lessons that RI could learn from the responsibility excess. First,quitting Europocentrism,to innovate according to context. Second,avoiding excess innovation,to innovate moderately.
