摘要
进入20世纪下半叶,自然科学重大发现逐渐稀缺。在此背景下,产生了关于科学终结的质疑。虽然该说争论已久,但疑云至今仍然遮蔽着科学视野。面对国家创新大势,有必要进行系统深入的再认识,以正确制定应对方略。重大科学发现应该具有革命性、受验性和简单性。科学衰落的成因包括研究客体的尺度变化、研究手段的力量限制和研究主体的内质嬗蜕,其中社会因素居于主导地位。根据科学前沿的实际,研究方向应该由纵向"掘进"改为与横向"回采"并举。科学不会终结,但其进步是一个量变和质变交互进行的螺旋式上升过程。与技术不同,科学量变中包括思想积累和灵魂自洁,经历的时间可能较长。
Entering the second half of the 20 th century,science discoveries increasingly scarce. In this context,a question on the science end. Argument to say for a long time,but doubts remain obscure scientific horizons. Facing the trend of national innovation,there is a need for further understanding of the system and to properly formulate a response to the plan. Great scientific discovery is revolutionary,a subject and should be simple. Object of scientific study on the causes of the decline include changing power restrictions,research methods and research subjects in nature evolution cast,including social factors are dominant. According to the actual frontiers of science,study orientation should be portrait"excavation"is changed to a horizontal"mining".Science will not end,but its progress is a quantitative change and qualitative change spiral process of interactions. With technology,ideas included in the quantitative accumulation of science and soul clean,elapsed time may be longer.
