四川省院校医学教育现状分析与对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures of the College Medical Education Situation of Sichuan Province

院校教育是医学教育体系中的重要组成部分,也是为毕业后医学教育,即住院医师规范化培训输送合格医学人才首要环节。通过对四川省46所医学院校及设置医学相关专业院校调查分析,发现现阶段四川省院校医学教育主要面临专业设置不合理、人才培养总量不足、教育学历层次偏低及医学人才流向未完全满足资源配置等瓶颈问题。为此,提出加强医学统筹规划及医学院校分类管理特色发展、优化专业层次结构、大力发展紧缺专业、引导医学人才向基层流动等相关对策建议,以期为推动四川省医疗卫生人才的优化配置与卫生人力资源的发展提供参考。

College education is the first link of medical education system,but also for post- graduate medical education,continuing medical education an important part of the transfer of qualified medical personnel. Through survey analysis the 46 medical colleges in Sichuan province found that at the present stage of medical education institutions face a professional setting unreasonable province,the total lack of personnel training,the low education level of education and medical brain drain is not completely meet resource allocation bottlenecks,to do this proposes to strengthen the medical overall planning,strengthen the development of medical colleges classification management features optimize the professional structure,vigorously develop the shortage of professional and other relevant suggestions,in order to provide a reference for the development of the province to promote the allocation and healthcare professionals.
