摘要 通过对高校青年教师的调查发现,高校青年教师的职业成长由职业素养、职业待遇、职业目标和职业发展等四个方面构成。高校青年教师的职业成长表现出以下特点:一是总体上获得良好的职业成长,也存在晋升困难和报酬增长缓慢等问题;二是男教师的职业成长水平、职业目标实现程度要明显高于女教师;三是教龄较长的青年教师职业成长水平、职业目标实现和职业素养提升程度较为明显;四是职称越高,职业成长和职业目标实现更加充分,职业待遇更加优厚。 It is found in the research that the career growth of young teachers in universities including four factors: professionalism,professional treatment,professional goals and professional development. The following two features are represented in the career growth of young university teachers:( 1) Generally,good career growth was gained,but some problems still existed in difficult promotion and slow growth;( 2) Male teachers' level in career growth and professional goals were significantly higher than female teachers';( 3) those teachers who had longer teaching experience were promoted more obviously in career growth,professional goals and professional quality;( 4) the higher the professional title was,the more sufficient the realizations of career growth and professional goals were.So was the professional treatment.
