摘要
就业质量是评价高职教育办学水平的重要指标。充分考虑就业质量利益方评价意见是实现毕业生就业质量客观评价的前提。文章一是对质量评价体系做了定性分析,借鉴顾客满意理论建立政府、毕业生、用人单位和社会等四方共同参与的评价体系;二是结合模糊综合分析的思想构建隶属函数,把定性评价转化为定量评价,在此基础上运用层次分析法对高职毕业生就业质量评价体系进行定量和实证分析,为全面、客观评价高职院校毕业生就业质量提供科学方法。
Employment quality is one of the significant indexes for evaluating the performance of vocational education. To achieve the objectivity of evaluating the graduates' employment quality,the evaluating subject should be in a state of diversification. This paper firstly makes a qualitative analysis on the quality evaluating system,using the theory of customer satisfaction to build an evaluating system comprising the government,the graduates,the employers and the society; and then turns the qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation in order to construct a membership function by integrating with the fuzzy comprehensive analysis. By doing these,this paper resolves the evaluating system of graduates' employment quality through the analytic hierarchy process and carries out the corresponding empirical research so as to provide a way to evaluate the graduates' employment quality in vocational education in a scientific,comprehensive and objective aspect.
