试论高校人才培养中项目规划模式的推动作用

Discussion on Promoting Role of Project Planning Model in University Talent Training

培养功能型人才是高校肩负的历史使命和社会责任。项目规划人才培养模式为高校人才的培养提供新的思路,从项目规划的角度对高校人才培养理念、学科专业设置和管理模式进行调整。高校要积极转变人才培养理念,树立功能型人才培养的新思维,同时注重专业结构的重置,创建多学科交融的功能型教育环境。高校还要借助网络的优势构筑教学新体系,并且引进学分制管理模式等人才管理新制度,促进功能型人才共性与个性的协调发展。

Functional talent training is historic mission and social responsibility for colleges. Project planning of personnel training mode provides a new idea for university talent training,which adjusts concept of university talent training,major setup and management mode from the perspective of project planning. Colleges and universities should actively change personnel training philosophy,establish new thinking for functional talent training,while focusing on reset of specialty structure,to create multi- disciplinary blend of functional educational environment. Universities should also take advantages of network to build a new teaching system,and introduce credit management and other new personnel management system to promote the coordinated development of functional human commonality and individuality. Studies have shown that introduction of project planning training model into colleges is an important path to successful training of functional talents.
