中国当代文学教学改革与应用型人才培养

The Teaching Reform of Chinese Contemporary Literature and the Cultivation of Applied Talents

高校是培养高素质人才、应用型人才的基地,创新教学内容和方法,保证教学质量是高校教育的重要使命。中国现当代文学作为高校的文学主干课程,如何采取有效培养应用型中文人才是摆在高校面前的重要任务。文章分析中国高校中国现当代文学教学模式现状和存在的问题,探讨应用型人才培养教学模式改革构想。重点在于:转变人才培养目标,提高人才综合素质;创新多样化教学模式,提升学生文学素养;丰富教学内容,把握文学教育发展趋势;创新专业考核方式,促进学生自由发展。

Universities are the base of training high quality talents and applied talents. Innovating teaching content and methods to ensure the quality of teaching is an important mission of higher education of college. Chinese contemporary literature as a main course of literature courses in universities,how to take effective measures to carry out the teaching reform,and gradually adapt to the social demand for applied talents is an important task. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the teaching mode of Chinese contemporary literature,and probes into the reform of the teaching mode of applied talents training. The keys lie in the transformation of talent training objectives,innovation of diversified teaching mode,richness of innovative professional assessment methods.
