摘要
身体稳定性是射击运动员比赛的基础,悬吊训练为身体稳定性训练提供了新的思路,探讨悬吊训练对女子手枪运动员身体稳定性的影响,可以进一步丰富女子手枪项目的体能训练方法体系。以2014—2015年度国家队女子手枪运动员为试验对象,试验组8人,对照组10人,试验组采用悬吊训练,对照组采用器械训练,对比两种方式8周的训练效果。使用Footscanbalanee7.6平衡仪测试系统、SCATT激光测试系统、SEIKO秒表对训练前后人体站立平衡能力、持枪臂据枪瞄准稳定性以及核心静力力量进行测试。结果表明,较对照组,试验组闭眼站立A值提高,持枪臂据枪瞄准时间B值变长;对照组背肌静力力量提高效果优于试验组,但对平衡能力未见显著性影响。可见,悬吊训练能够较好改善女子手枪运动员的身体稳定性,对女子手枪项目的力量训练有应用与推广价值。
Stability is the foundation of shooting competition ,S-E-T training provides a new way of thinking for shooting athletes to train stability. This research can further enrich fitness training methods of the women pistol. Taking national women pistol athletes as the subjects in this study ,8 people in the experimental group(S),and 10 people as in control group(C). The experimental group received the S-E-T training ,and the control group received traditional training. After eight weeks,comparing the training effect with the Footscanbalanee7.6 to test standing balance,SCATT to test sighting time in bull's-eye ,and SEIKO stopwatch to test core static strength. The results showed that the experimental group was significantly improved in track length of the center of gravity per unit area ,and the time in bull's-eye was better;also ,the control group had only improved core static strength significantly ,there were no change in body stability. Thus ,S-E-T training has good value of application and promotion in shooting.
