What are Love and Freedom in the Folk World?

仿照康德的先验排除法,首先区分人的知识水平和道德判断能力,然后在道德判断能力中进一步区分出理性的一般实践应用和纯粹实践应用。民间江湖是江湖中人的道德场域,只涉及他们的道德判断能力,与其知识水平无关,而评价道德判断能力的依据,既不是对行为的经验观察,也不是行为的感性目的和一般的理性目的,而只能是通过对行为准则的先验还原所得的普遍实践法则和纯粹理性目的。因此,民间江湖的爱与自由不是来自经验观察和田野作业,而是来自先验的和超验的理性推论。简言之,民间江湖的爱指的并非侠骨柔情和爱恨情仇,而是理性的实践之爱,即纯粹以履行普遍的实践法则为动机(目的)的爱;民间江湖的自由也不是任逍遥意义上的所谓"自由",而是理性对人的意志的一种必然设定。

Following Kant's transcendental method of reduction,the author first distinguishes man's capacity of knowledge from capacity of moral judgment,and then distinguishes the reason's generally practical use from the purely practical use.The folk world is a field of moral practice,only related to the capacity of moral judgment while having nothing to do with man's capacity of knowledge.So love in the folk world is not the love and hate sentimentally,but practical love of reason which purely regards universally practical law as the motivation,and freedom in the folk world is not so called without limitation,but the reason's necessary setting to human wills.
