摘要
图书馆学科服务团队是一种基于学科服务开展的用户针对性较强的知识创造性活动。为了进一步提升图书馆学科服务团队创新绩效,引入三螺旋理论,提出三螺旋理论下的图书馆学科服务团队创新理论模型,分析图书馆、学科服务、院系及研究机构三方之间的作用机理,发现三方重叠部分混合组织即学科服务团队,既是三方协同合作的结果,又反过来促进三方各自发展。这一理论模型结论说明,学科服务团队是一个系统的、复杂工程,可以通过树立三方三螺旋间的协同发展战略理念、以嵌入式学科服务团队支持三方服务创新、以学科服务团队创新平台维系三方沟通交流等手段,实现三螺旋理论下的图书馆学科服务团队创新机制。
The library subject service team mainly carries out the user-targeted knowledge creative activities. In order to further enhance its innovation performance, the triple helix theory is introduced, the team innovation model based on triple helix theory is proposed, and the relation mechanism among the library, subject service and departments and research institutes is analyzed. The three overlapping part of hybrid organization is the subject service team, which is the result of collaboration of the three parties, and, which in turn, promotes the development with each other. The theoretical model shows that the subject service team is a systematic and complicated, which must follow the spiral collaborative strategic concept among three parties, support triple service innovation with embedded subject service, maintain the triple communication with the team innovation platform. Thus, an innovation mechanism of library subject service team can be set up.
