稳心颗粒治疗老年慢性心律失常的临床疗效及生活质量的影响

Wenxin Particles in Treatment of Senile Chronic Arrhythmia and Its Influence on Quality of Life

目的:探讨并研究稳心颗粒治疗老年慢性性心律失常的临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:以医院自2014年8月—2015年10月收治的老年慢性心律失常患者90例,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各30例。其中对照组采用常规药物复方丹参进行治疗,研究组采用复方丹参+稳心颗粒进行治疗。对两组患者采用不同的方式进行治疗后,比较两组患者的PR间期、心率以及治疗状况。结果:研究组患者总有效为91.1%,对照组总有效为64.4%,两组差距较明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的PR间期及心率的变化均明显优于对照组,两组差距较明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后出现心悸、心绞痛、低血压的不良反应明显低于对照组两组差距较明显,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对老年慢性心律失常患者采用稳心颗粒治疗的患者,能够有效的改善患者的临床症状,且能够有效的减少患者的心肌功能,整体预后效果较好,无明显并发症状况。患者以及患者家属较为满意,值得在临床上推广。

Objective： To explore and study the clinical curative effect of Wenxin Granules in treatment of senile chronic arrhythmia and the influence on the quality of life. Methods： From August 2014 to October 2015,ninety cases of patients with chronic arrhythmia,according to the random number table method,were divided into two groups,each group30 cases. The control group used conventional drug Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza and the study group used Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza ＋ Wenxin Particles. After treatment in two groups,the PR interval,heart rate and treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective was 91. 1% in the study group and the control group＇s 64. 4%and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,patients＇ PR interval period and the changes of heart rate in the study group were significantly better than the control group＇s and the difference between the two groups was obvious with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. After surgery,the study had palpitations and angina pectoris and low blood pressure was markedly lower than the control group＇s and the two groups had statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For elderly patients with chronic arrhythmia,Wenxin particles can effectively relieve the patients＇ clinical symptoms and can effectively reduce the number of patients with myocardial function. The overall prognosis effect is better,with no significant complications. Patients and their families are more satisfied. Therefore,it is worth we popularized in clinic.
