右归丸调控老龄肾阳虚免疫相关基因表达水平的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究右归丸对老龄肾阳虚体质干预前后其免疫相关基因定量表达水平的差异,探讨右归丸调控的分子靶向。方法:基于课题组前期获得的老龄肾阳虚证差异基因表达谱,筛选免疫相关差异表达基因28条。纳入老龄肾阳虚体质者,给予右归丸治疗28 d,以肾阳虚半定量诊断标准进行疗效评价,采用RT-PCR技术检测右归丸对老龄肾阳虚干预前后28条免疫相关基因的定量表达水平差异。结果:28条免疫相关基因经右归丸干预前后有7条基因存在表达水平差异。结论:经PCR验证的老龄肾阳虚免疫相关差异表达基因集中反映了肾阳亏虚对免疫系统功能的影响,提示肾阳虚体质与肿瘤发生可能存在某种关联机制。 Objective: To research the difference of quantitative expressed genes related with immune of aged kidney-yang deficiency( KYD) syndrome and study the molecularly target about Yougui Pill. Methods: From the earlier gene expression profile chip,we filtered 28 genes in the different expressed genes related with immune. Patients with KYD were chosen and treated with Yougui Pill for 28 days. We estimated the curative effect with KYD semi quantitative diagnostic standard table and used the RT- PCR to detect the 28 immune related genes ' quantitative expression before and after treatment. Results: There were 7 genes that had significant differences in expression before and after treatment with Yougui Pill. Conclusion: The differentiated expressed genes related with immune verified by PCR on the effect of KYD to the function of the immune system which possibly prompted the correlation mechanism between aged KYD syndrome and the occurrence of tumors.
