基于经筋皮部理论探析小儿脑性瘫痪循经推拿疗法的作用机理

Mechanism of Meridian Massage Therapy for Cerebral Palsy Children Based on Tendon and Skin Theory

脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)为现阶段儿童致残的主要疾病,目前临床仍以中西医结合康复治疗为主,其中推拿疗法疗效确切,应用广泛。循经推拿作为推拿疗法的一种重要操作方式,体现了中医整体观和辨证思想,也符合小儿脑瘫整体康复和个体化治疗的理念。通过梳理中医基础理论中关于脏腑、经络、经筋、皮部理论,及其相关性的经典论述,结合小儿脑瘫的中医病机及推拿疗法治疗本病的临床应用情况,探讨循经推拿疗法治疗的作用机理,为临床各家推拿手法的选择和应用提供参考。

Cerebral palsy is a major disease of children disability at present and the clinical treatment is still based on traditional Chinese and Western medicine,in which massage therapy is applied widely and has the exact curative effect. And the massage is a kind of important treatment method of cerebral palsy,which embodies the holistic concept of Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation thinking. It also accords with the idea of the overall rehabilitation of cerebral palsy and individual treatment. By combing the basic theory of TCM viscera,meridians,theory of muscle along meridians,theory of the Chinese medicine skin and the correlation analyzed,combined with comparison of infantile cerebral paralysis of the TCM understanding and introduction of clinical application of cerebral palsy and massage therapy,meridian massage of the disease mechanism was discussed in order to provide the reference for the selection and application of clinical each massage.
