摘要 对近年来Wnt信号通路在纤维化疾病中的研究进展进行综述。Wnt信号分为经典及非经典两种传导途径,其与TGF-β1/Smads通路间存在对话关系。研究证实Wnt通路参与了肺、心、肝、肾等器官的纤维化过程。中医药抗纤维化疾病潜力值得挖掘,以Wnt通路为靶点,可能为阐明中药抗纤维化的机制开拓新的思路。 Wnt pathway plays an important role on fibrosis disease. It has two signal transduction pathways including classical and non- classical ones. There is a cross- talk between Wnt and TGF- β1 / Smads pathways. Chinese medicine has huge therapeutic potential on fibrosis disease. The study of Wnt pathway may help to elucidate the anti- fibrosis mechanism of Chinese medicine.
