Zebrafish Model Organism in Research of Chinese Medicine and Safety Evaluation

斑马鱼作为一种新型模式脊椎动物正逐渐拓展和深入到生命体的多种系统的发育、功能和疾病的研究中,并应用于小分子化合物的大规模新药筛选。在中医药事业日益发展的今天,斑马鱼在中药成分活性筛选、中药药效研究、中药代谢研究和中药毒理研究等方面发挥着重要作用。介绍了近年来模式生物斑马鱼在中医药研究中的应用概况及安全评价情况,以期有利于中医药事业的快速发展。

Zebrafish,as a new mode of vertebrates,is gradually expanded and deep into the life of systems development,function and disease research,and applied to large- scale drug screening of small molecule compounds. Today,as traditional Chinese medicine increasingly developing,zebrafish in the active screening of Chinese medicine ingredients,Chinese medicine efficacy research,Chinese medicine metabolism and toxicology research and other aspects plays an important role. This article describes the recent zebrafish in medical research and safety evaluation of the application before the situation,in the hope of promoting the rapid development of TCM.
