益气活血养阴法对慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗效果及血液流变学的影响

Influence of Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin Method on Treatment Effect and Blood Rheology in Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的：探讨益气活血养阴法对慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗效果及血液流变学的影响。方法：将2012年2月—2014年1月治疗的96例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者纳入本次研究,分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,在对照组的基础上,治疗组采用益气活血养阴法治疗,治疗周期为3个月,观察两组的临床症状评分、各个症状疗效、腺体萎缩情况,并对患者的血液流变学指标进行观察。结果：1综合疗效：对照组的总有效率为79.17%,治疗组的总有效率为93.75%,组间差异具有统计学意义（χ^2=4.360,P=0.037〈0.05）;2胃镜疗效：对照组的总有效率为75.00%,治疗组的总有效率为89.58%,组间差异具有统计学意义（χ^2=3.872,P=0.049〈0.05）;3肠上皮化生疗效：对照组的总有效率为56.41%,治疗组的总有效率为78.05%,组间具有统计学意义（χ^2=4.266,P=0.039〈0.05）;4治疗组治疗后的腺体萎缩恢复情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=9.012,P=0.029〈0.05）;5症状积分：两组治疗后症状积分较治疗前有显著性改善（P〈0.05）,且治疗组治疗后的症状积分改善程度优于对照组的（P〈0.05）;6在治疗后,两组的血液流变学指标均有所改善,但治疗组的血液流变学指标改善程度优于对照组的（P〈0.05）。结论：益气活血养阴法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果较好,能有效地改善临床症状和血液流变学,在临床上进一步推广很有意义。

Objective： To study the influence of treatment effect and blood rheology in chronic atrophic gastritis by Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin method. Methods： A total of 96 cases treated in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given conventional treatment of western medicine. On the basis of control group,the treatment group added Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin method. The treatment cycle was 3 months. The clinical symptom scores,all symptoms curative effect,gland atrophy and hemorheology indexes of patients were observed. Results：（ 1） Comprehensive curative effect： the total effective rate of control group was 79. 17% and that of treatment group was 93. 75%. There was statistically significant difference between groups（ χ2= 4. 360,P =0. 037 0. 05）.（ 2） Gastroscope curative effect： the total effective rate of control group was 75. 00% and that of treatment group was 89. 58% and there was statistically significant difference between groups（ χ~2= 3. 872,P = 0. 049〈 0. 05）.（ 3） Effect of intestinal metaplasia： the total effective rate of control group was 56. 41% and that of treatment group was78. 05% and there was statistically significant difference between groups（ χ~2= 4. 266,P = 0. 039 〈0. 05）.（ 4） Gland atrophy recovery of treatment group was better than that of control group after treatment and the difference was statistically significant（ χ~2= 9. 012,P = 0. 029〈 0. 05）.（ 5） Symptoms integral： symptoms integral of two groups after treatment significantly was improved than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05） and that of the treatment group was better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）.（ 6） After treatment,two groups＇ blood rheology indexes were improved but the treatment group＇s improvement degree was better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin method for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has good effect,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms andblood rheology. It is worthy of spread in clinic.
