针药并举治疗交感性颈椎病的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Decoction for Sympathetic Cervical Spondylosis

目的:观察汤药配合针刺治疗交感性颈椎病临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的40例患者,按随机数字表法(1∶1)分为两组:治疗组(40例)与对照组(40例),对照组给予眩晕停片、西比灵片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予颈椎一号方和针刺。结果:两组总有效率分别为:对照组72.50%,治疗组95.00%,两组总有效率比较P<0.05。2治疗后两组骨密度比较有统计学差异,P<0.05。治疗后两组中医症候评分比较有统计学差异,P<0.05。4治疗后两组QLQ-C30评分比较有统计学差异,P<0.05。两组治疗前后安全指标检查均正常,符合安全性Ⅰ级标准,即安全。结论:汤药配合针刺治疗交感性颈椎病能够缓解交感性颈椎病患者的头晕恶心、视物不清、耳鸣、心慌、肢体疼痛麻木等临床症状,能够明显改善患者生活质量,且疗效较好,安全性高。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment and decoction in treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods： A total of 40 patients were included in the standard and according to random number table method（ 1 ∶ 1） were divided into two groups： treatment group（ 40 cases） and control group（ 40 cases）. Control group was given Xuanyunting Tablet and Xibiling Tablet. The treatment group added Jingzhui No. 1 Formula and acupuncture. Results：Two groups＇ total effectiveness was respectively： control group 72. 50%,treatment group 95. 00%. Two groups had significance,P〈0. 05.（ 2） In the two groups after treatment,bone mineral density was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.（ 3） In the two groups after treatment,TCM symptom score was statistically significant,P〈0. 05.（ 4） In the two groups after treatment,QLQ C30- score was statistically significant,P〈0. 05.（ 5） Check all normal safety indexes before and after treatment in both groups. They all complied with the safety grade I standard,namely the security. Conclusion： Acupuncture treatment and decoction in treatment of cervical spondylosis can alleviate dizziness,nausea,unclear vision,tinnitus,flustered,body pain,numbness and other clinical symptoms and can significantly improve patients quality of life and have good curative effect as well as high safety.
