中西医结合治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效及安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Integrative Treatment of Secretory Otitis Media

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2014年1月—2015年1月期间于医院接受检查并确诊的94例分泌性中耳炎患者为研究对象,按照就诊顺序随机分为两组,各47例。对照组患者采取单纯西医治疗,观察组患者采取中西医结合治疗,对比临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治愈率为67.86%,有效率为95.74%与对照组治愈率(45.76%)和有效率(76.60%)比较均有明显提高,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者纯音气导听阈(25.11±9.96)d B HL和气骨导差(3.48±1.96)d B HL与治疗前和对照组比较均有明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05)。随访期间,观察组患者复发率为4.26%,与对照组19.15%比较有明显提高,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为8.51%,与对照组23.40%比较有明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效显著,能够有效提高患者治愈率,改善其听力学指标,且复发率较低,不良反应较少,安全性高,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safety of the integrative treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods： Ninety- four cases of otitis media with effusion from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the treatment method,47 cases were in each group. The control group was given western medicine while the observation group given the integrative therapy and the clinical outcomes and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results： The cure rate of the control group was 67. 86% and the effective rate was95. 74% while the control group＇s was 45. 76% and 76. 60%,respectively and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the pure tone air conduction threshold of the observation group was（ 25. 11± 9. 96） d B HL bone and air conduction（ 3. 48 ± 1. 96） d B HL and there was a significant difference compared with those pre- treatment and the control group＇s（ P〈0. 05）. By following up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 4. 26% and the control group＇s 19. 15%. The differences between groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 8. 51% and the control group＇s 23. 40% and the differences between groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Integrative methods in treatment of otitis media with effusion have significant effect and can effectively improve the cure rate and the audiology index. It has low recurrence rate and fewer adverse reactions,safe and worthy of promotion and application.
