腔内血管成形术联合中药内服、沐足对老年糖尿病足临床症状及生活质量的影响

Effect on Clinical Symptoms and Life Quality of Transluminal Angioplasty Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Footbath in Elderly Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的:研究老年糖尿病足患者采用腔内血管成形术联合中药内服、沐足治疗的临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:选取96例老年糖尿病足患者,按数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例患者。对照组患者仅用腔内血管成形术治疗,观察组患者则采用腔内血管成形术联合中药内服、沐足治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、临床症状指数及治疗前后生活质量。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率(95.83%)明显高于对照组治疗后的总有效率(77.09%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛(1.41±0.58)分、冷感(1.52±0.63)分、溃疡(0.21±0.13)分、跛行(1.38±0.69)分明显低于对照组疼痛(2.96±0.84)分、冷感(3.33±0.59)分、溃疡(0.78±0.12)分、跛行(2.85±0.63)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的生活质量评分(49.57±13.54)分明显高于对照组(37.14±13.96)分,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年糖尿病足患者采用腔内血管成形术联合中药内服、沐足治疗的效果显著,可以有效的缓解患者下肢疼痛、冷感、溃疡、跛行等症状,加快患者康复,提高生活质量。

Objective： To study the effect on clinical symptoms and life quality of transluminal angioplasty combined with traditional Chinese medicine and footbath in elderly patients with diabetic foot. Methods： Ninety- six cases of elderly patients with diabetic foot were divided into the control group and the observation group,48 cases in each group. The patients of the control group were only given transluminal angioplasty treatment and those of the observation group were combined with traditional Chinese medicine and footbath. The therapeutic effect,clinical symptom index and quality of life of two groups were compared. Results： After treatment,the total efficient rate（ 95. 83%） of the observation group was significantly higher than that（ 77. 09%） of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,pain（ 1. 41 ± 0. 58）,cold sensation（ 1. 52 ± 0. 63）,ulcers（ 0. 78 ± 0. 12） and intermittent claudication（ 1. 38± 0. 69） of the observation group were significantly lower than those[pain（ 2. 96 ± 0. 84）,cold sensation（ 3. 33 ±0. 59）,ulcers（ 0. 78 ± 0. 12） and intermittent claudication（ 2. 85 ± 0. 63） ] of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the score of quality of life（ 49. 57 ± 13. 54） in the observation group was significantly higher than that（ 37. 14 ± 13. 96） of the control group with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment effect of transluminal angioplasty combined with traditional Chinese medicine and footbath in elderly patients with diabetic foot is significant,effectively relieving patients＇ lower extremity pain and cold sensation,ulcer and claudication symptoms,accelerating the rehabilitation and improving the quality of life.
