3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛生产废水的厌氧可生化性及UASB处理 被引量:1

Anaerobic biodegradability of 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde manufacturing wastewater and anaerobic treatment using UASB reactor

摘要 为了能经济有效地处理山东某一化工厂的3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛生产废水,首先采用间歇式实验对车间生产废水进行厌氧可生化性评价。然后以此为基础,采用单级中温UASB,用二沉池的污泥为接种污泥,保持水力停留时间(HRT)不变,通过逐步提高进水COD的方式,考察在COD容积负荷(OLR)从1.0 g·(L·d)^(-1)逐步升高至10.0 g·(L·d)^(-1)的情况下,反应器处理效果的变化。在140 d的连续实验过程中发现,最优的OLR在6.0 g·(L·d)^(-1)(进水COD6 000 mg·L^(-1)左右),COD去除率能稳定在60.3%,出水pH值稳定在7.4到8.0之间,VFA在500 mg·L^(-1)左右。实验结果表明,UASB处理该制药厂废水是可行的。 In this study,with the aim of finding an economic and effective option for treating 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde manufacturing wastewater from a chemical industries,Ltd.,the anaerobic biodegradability of the wastewater was evaluated by a series of batch experiments. Based on the experimental data,the anaerobic treatment of the wastewater was investigated,using a single UASB,with activated sludge as seeding sludge. The influence of the organic loading rate( OLR) on the performance of the reactor was evaluated,from an initial 1. 0g·( L·d)-1to a maximum of 10. 0 g ·( L·d)-1,by step-increasing the influent COD with unaltered HRT.During 140 days of continuous operation,it was observed that the optimal OLR was 6. 0 g·( L·d)-1when the influent COD was approximately 6 000 mg·L-1,corresponding to a 60. 3% COD removal rate. The respective values of pH and VFA in the effluent were approximately 7. 4 and 500 mg·L-1. The experimental data during the long-term experimental run indicated the feasibility of UASB for treating of 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde manufacturing wastewater.
