摘要
南通某化工有限公司的农药生产废水中含大量有机物和无机盐,呈高盐分、高浓度和高氨氮特点。由于废水中含氮杂环化合物对生物有毒性,无法直接采用生化法处理且废水中含有硫酸根,硫酸根在厌氧条件下还原成硫化物易产生硫醇和硫酚,无法采用厌氧工艺。采用蒸馏-Fenton氧化-好氧接触氧化-反硝化-硝化-絮凝沉淀组合工艺。工程运行结果表明,出水指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级标准要求,TP达到三级标准要求。
Wastewater from pesticide production contains large amounts of inorganic salts and organic compounds,characterized by high salinity,high concentration,and high ammonia-nitrogen levels. Due to the toxic effects of N-containing heterocyclic compounds on bacteria and the fact that sulfates are easily converted into mercaptans and thiophenols,it is difficult to treat wastewater by conventional biological and anaerobic technologies.Therefore,the wastewater is treated by the hereby-described technology,which includes distillation,Fenton reaction,aerobic oxidation,denitrification,nitrification,and flocculation precipitation. After treatment,the effluent quality complies with the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
