摘要
利用CFD软件对150t转炉进行了水模拟与数值模拟研究,并将两者结果进行比较。结果表明由于新氧枪产生氧气射流的冲击,熔池中的冲击面积和冲击深度比原氧枪有所提高。新氧枪的搅拌能力好,可以促进钢液中的传质、传热,加快冶炼节奏。为检验模拟结果,将新氧枪应用于水钢现场的转炉冶炼,表明新氧枪搅拌能力强,脱C速度快。并且吨钢氧耗、供氧时间和供氧强度上满足生产需求。
Both the water experiment and numericalsimulation model fora 150 t converter,have been established in present work.The results show that because of the impact of new lance,both the jet penetration depth and the impact area are created.And the new lance have a good mixed ability,it can promote the liquid steel mass transfer,heat transfer,accelerate smelting rhythm.To test the simulation results,the new lance applied to a 150 t converter,which shows better stirring ability and decarburization rate.Moreover,the oxygen consumption per ton steel,blowing time and blowing intensity are better than the old one meeting the production requirements.
